The executive team has previously held leadership roles in prestigious companies such as Editorial Televisa, Publicaciones Semana, In-Vita- Sura Seguros, Mckinsey & Co., Procter & Gamble, Banamex, Colombina, Bancomer, Banco Mercantil (Crédit Lyonnais’ operation in Colombia), ING, Skandia, Bancolombia and the implementation of public transportation projects in more than 15 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
c. The Kandeo team has extensive expertise in financial services focused on customers at the base of the income pyramid (BoP) in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

a. Kandeo seeks to make our underlying assets shine /grow brilliantly, first of all in financial results and second, in social and environmental key impact indicators. We apply this mentality not only in the operation of our underlying assets, but also in how we approach operations inside the fund.
b. We believe that social and environmental objectives are not exclusive of financial results, but instead complement them. An active ESG focus helps the GP and its companies reduce risks, lower operating costs, and gain access to exclusive financial resources dedicated to generating positive impacts.
